My Story

Hey y’all, I’m skylar, I’m a girly in her 30’s just trying to figure out how to run a business and capture something you’d want to hang on your wall. I’m from a small town in Oklahoma that has one four-way stop and about 8 churches. Every one knows everyone and it was a cool spot to grow-up.

If you ever see me out, you’ll see me at a taco shop or a hipster coffee spot.

I was raised in the rodeo world and I still rodeo when I have the time and a finished horse around. I grew up with horses and commercial cattle which is where my love for the western way of living comes from.

I graduated college from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes) in 2017. I go back from time to time and catch a football game and hit all my favorite spots in town. With agriculture being apart of my childhood, it has continued throughout my adult life. I have my bachelors degree in agricultural communications with a minor in agricultural economics. 

My passion is to travel and horses. I have traveled twice overseas; Europe and Australia, with plans to add to that list. Thanks for reading this bio that I’m sure 1% will actually make it to the bottom but every website has an about page soooo here we are.
